      AVK Nozzle check valve

The AVK spring loaded nozzle check valve is a reliable, fast reacting blocker of reverse flow in water pipes. In case of pump stop the spring loaded valve cone will make sure the water flow is shut off swiftly and quietly before it can change direction and cause water hammer. - A spring loaded valve cone makes sure the valve closes before reverse flow can occur - The optimized flow path keeps head loss down to a minimum - Stem, spring and fasteners in stainless steel - All iron parts coated with 150 µm fushion bonded epoxy (FBE) - Centring stem runs in high strength alu-bronze bushings

    2. AVK Repico® - Grip Plast coupling

AVK Repico® - Grip Plast coupling

Repico® GP - Grip Plast type coupling (tensile / axial restraint) to connect all plastic pipes. For water and neutral liquids -30°C up to +110° C. Features Grip Plast type coupling provides a tensile / axial restraint connection for all plastic pipes, allows pipe section replacement, suitable for high pressure Available in DN32-DN200 Couplings < DN50 with spot welding and from DN50 seam welding Easy installation by use of a torque wrench, limited space required for installation due to compact design Specially designed flat rows of grips engages into the pipe surface without damaging the plastic material Pressure range up to 16 bar (232 PSI) depending on size Progressive sealing and anchoring Max. angular deflection 5° for DN32-DN50, 4° for DN65-DN175 and 2° for DN200 and larger Main components of stainless steel 316L Light weight, appr. 30% in comparison with flanged connections Dampens water hammer, vibrations and structure-borne noise Note: For use in plastic pipes we recommend the use of a stainless steel insert (see mounting instructions of Repico® accessories)

    3. AVK Repico® - Slip coupling (S)

      AVK Repico® - Slip coupling (S)

      • Repico® Slip type coupling provides a connection solution for all pipes that need to be able to expand/contract and/or support the restraint pipe. 4. AVK Smart Water - VIDI Positioner

AVK Smart Water - VIDI Positioner

VIDI Positioner is a battery-operated device that detects the position of a gate valve and transmits data wirelessly. VIDI Positioner is a smart device for indicating the position of gate valves. This IoT sensor detects the open/close position of a gate valve and transmits the data wirelessly. The device is installed in combination with an AVK extension spindle on multi turn valves. After installation and activation, the device transmits information about the position of the valve to the VIDI Cloud platform or to a third-party software (e.g., SCADA or GIS). VIDI Positioner provides water utilities with valuable insights into the use of valves by remotely monitoring the position of a valve by indicating whether it is open, close, or any percentages in between. Based on the provided information, water utilities can optimise the operation of the water distribution network, extend the lifetime of assets, and efficiently reduce water loss.

    5. Butterfly valves

      Butterfly valves

Our extensive range of wafer butterfly valves includes the Interapp Bianca, Desponia® en Utralene butterfly valve. We have different disc materials and liners for the Interapp butterfly valves available. We also offer the Wouter Witzel EVS, EVMS and the high performance butterfly valves Econaxe and Dynaxe W201. Butterfly valves can be used for a broad range of applications within water supply, wastewater treatment, fire protection and gas supply, in the pharma-, (petro) chemical and oil industries, in fuel handling systems, power generation, marine industry. Some of the advantages of this type of valve are the simple construction not taking up too much space, and the light weight and lower cost compared to other valve designs. The valves can be operated by handles, gears or actuators according to any specific customer requirement.

    6. Butterfly valves, series 75

      Butterfly valves, series 75

A butterfly valve is an open / closed valve with a relatively simple construction. In one quarter turn it goes from a fully open position to a fully closed position, or vice versa; a butterfly valve offers the possibility to open or close a pipe very quickly. A butterfly valve can be used in many applications: water supply, waste water treatment, fire fighting, gas production, distribution and industrial applications such as chemical industry, HVAC, energy supplies. The low cost price, the low weight and the short installation length are some advantages of this type of valve. The valves have various operating options such as hand stems, electric or pneumatic drives or a reduction gear depending on the requirements. In general there are two types of butterfly valves, namely the centric and eccentric butterfly valves. With a centric butterfly valve, the spindle is centered in the center of the valve and the disc is centered in the bore. With the eccentric butterfly valve there are one or more axes from the center; depending on type single, double or triple eccentric.

    7. Cable lug Bimetal

      Cable lug Bimetal

These cable lugs have been selected and tested for cable types with aluminum conductors according to DIN 48201 and aluminum wire according to DIN EN 50182, such as VG-YMvKas svs Alu Dca-s2. Bimetallic cable lugs provide a correct contact surface between the conductor and the shaft on the conductor side. The material is 99.5 Al. The finish is bare, filled with contact grease, and sealed with a cap. The copper flag at the end of the lug guarantees a seamless transition to the copper contact rail. The tube dimensions comply with DIN 46329, with markings for correct crimp. When using bimetallic cable lugs, it is important to use the correct tools.
