De Noreva terugslagkleppen worden geïnstalleerd overal waar een terugstroom van vloeistoffen of gassen niet wenselijk is. Hierbij kan bijvoorbeeld gedacht worden aan pijpleidingen voor olie, staalfabrieken, chemiebedrijven, toepassingen voor waterdistributie, energiecentrales en gascompressorstations. Noreva terugslagkleppen zijn geschikt voor alle soorten vloeistoffen.

Ook na de ontwerpfase is ons ingenieursbureau betrokken bij projecten van BAM Energie & Water of van derden. Ons werk heeft vaak gevolgen voor de directe omgeving. De innovatie “De nieuwe ondergrondse snelweg” bestaat uit het structureel verbreden van het sleufprofiel met één extra meter, aangeduid als de nutsstrook. In deze extra ruimte worden elektriciteitskabels (LS of MS) solo aangelegd, dus zonder combinatie met andere disciplines. Het concept speelt in op de toenemende afhankelijkheid van elektriciteit en de groeiende druk op ondergrondse infrastructuur. Hiermee wordt ruimte gecreëerd voor toekomstige uitbreidingen in het elektriciteitsnet. De innovatie wordt getest via een pilot om toepasbaarheid en effecten te beoordelen. Wat maakt dit product innovatief? Het innovatieve karakter zit in het anders organiseren van de ondergrond, vergelijkbaar met hoe bovengrondse infrastructuur voor auto’s is ontwikkeld. Door elektriciteit leidend te maken en andere disciplines niet meer te combineren in één smalle sleuf, worden traditionele werkwijzen doorbroken. De toevoeging van structurele ruimte (1 meter) voorkomt verdichting en knelpunten. Het concept richt zich expliciet op snelheid, veiligheid en toekomstbestendigheid. Daarmee verlegt het de focus van ad-hocoplossingen naar een planmatige ondergrondse inrichting. Wat levert deze innovatie concreet op? De nieuwe ondergrondse snelweg leidt tot minder graafschades en een snellere uitvoering van projecten. Door minder obstakels en geen discipline-combinaties ontstaat minder stagnatie tijdens werkzaamheden. Het concept voorkomt suboptimale investeringen en draagt bij aan kostenefficiëntie. Daarnaast verbetert de leveringszekerheid van elektriciteit. De pilot heeft als expliciet doel dit te bereiken zonder kostenverhoging.
