Vanuit de kantooromgeving worden ontwerpen geïmporteerd, gevalideerd en voorbereid; in het veld registreert de ploeg met Klic App Pro direct met GNSS, foto’s, formulieren en in-app validatie. De oplossing bouwt voort op bestaande Klic- en GMF-workflows en maakt revisie-oplevering via DSP Hoofdnet reproduceerbaar, schaalbaar en veel eenvoudiger in gebruik. De impact zit in first-time-right registreren, minder herstelwerk, minder overdrachtsmomenten, meer traceerbaarheid en een lagere administratieve last. Omdat de oplossing aansluit op bestaande processen en bekende applicaties, is de adoptiedrempel laag. Er is aantoonbare marktvraag, meerdere aannemers hebben interesse of commitment uitgesproken en pilots worden voorbereid om de praktijktoepassing verder te valideren. Daarmee is deze innovatie direct relevant voor aannemers, netbeheerders en de bredere digitalisering van de hoofdnetketen.

High Pressure Inspection max. 2000 bar | 150 - 1000mm The C70 camera spray head is a high-pressure cleaning nozzle equipped with a camera module and LED lighting on the front for recording HD video while cleaning sewers and other pipes with a diameter of 150 to 1000 mm. The camera spray head is suitable for cleaning applications up to 2000 bar and has 8 interchangeable nozzle inserts, automatically upright image, lithium ion batteries, pressure-switched LED lighting and WiFi module for wireless communication with the supplied tablet. How does the C70 Camera nozzle work? Once the tube has been cleaned and the HD video has been recorded, the video can be easily and wirelessly downloaded to the supplied tablet via integrated Wi-Fi. AVK repair clamps ensure a cost effective and reliable solution for quick repairs on steel, copper, asbestos cement, cast iron, PVC and GRP pipes. A pipe with a hole or crack will be repaired permanently. The stainless steel repair clamps are passivated in order to ensure an optimum corrosion resistance. The repair clamps are provided with a waffle structured rubber gasket and rounded tops to create a fully circumferential seal.
