Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and monitoring project results, costs, margins, and cash flow.
- Translating financial data into concrete actions and recommendations for operations.
- Visiting project sites to understand and optimize processes.
- Collaborating with project managers and site supervisors on performance and improvement opportunities.
- Contributing to the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics and improving reporting systems.
Your profile:
- You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Controlling, or Business Economics.
- You are hands-on, a strong communicator, and able to engage others with financial insights.
- You have an affinity with engineering and infrastructure projects.
- You are analytical, entrepreneurial, and focused on process improvement.
- Experience with or interest in Microsoft Dynamics or other ERP systems is a plus.
