A selection of your responsibilities:
- You resolve complex 2nd- and 3rd-line incidents and ensure a seamless IT experience for all colleagues.
- You manage and optimize our Microsoft 365 and Azure environment and respond decisively to security incidents.
- You are the network expert who keeps the company network secure, stable, and future-proof.
- You install, configure, and maintain all hardware and software within the organization.
- You support the helpdesk, coach colleagues, and work with external partners to take our ICT environment to the next level.
Your profile:
- MBO (secondary vocational education) level of working and thinking or higher.
- Starters/junior candidates are also welcome to apply.
- Good command of the Dutch language.
- In possession of a category B driving license.
- Administratively skilled and detail-oriented.
- Flexible, proactive, entrepreneurial, and independent.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Eager to learn and willing to obtain relevant certifications.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and networking technologies is a strong plus.
