
Projectcontroller
In this versatile role, you act as the financial sparring partner for the business. You work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and management, ensuring that financial insights are translated into concrete improvements on projects. You regularly visit our work sites, map out processes, and help streamline and optimize them.
The implementation of Microsoft Dynamics will start shortly, in which you will play a key role in the further professionalization and digitalization of our financial processes.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and monitoring project results, costs, margins, and cash flow.
- Translating financial data into concrete actions and operational advice.
- Visiting projects to understand and optimize processes.
- Acting as a sparring partner for project managers and site supervisors regarding performance and improvement opportunities.
- Contributing to the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics and improving reporting systems.
Your profile
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, controlling, or business economics.
- You are hands-on, communicatively strong, and able to bring people along in understanding the numbers.
- You have an affinity with engineering and infrastructure projects.
- You are analytical, entrepreneurial, and have an eye for process improvement.
- Experience with or interest in Microsoft Dynamics or other ERP systems is a plus.
