Legal Counsel
As a Legal Counsel within APK Group, you provide legal support to the business, which means you are involved in matters such as claims/damages, personnel, and contracts (subcontracting, clients, and facility-related matters). However, you do not act solely as a gatekeeper; you also position yourself as a reliable business partner for all involved business units. As a sparring partner, you assess legal boundaries and think along with the business to arrive at the right solutions and opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Providing legal defense against liability claims, including those related to damages.
- Gathering information related to legal cases.
- Following up on legal cases.
- Drafting legal documents.
- Reviewing supporting documents and data.
- Providing legal advice to the business.
- Keeping up to date with laws and regulations.
Your profile:
- You have a completed law degree at university (master’s) level.
- You are a strong discussion partner who identifies issues and navigates effectively, with an understanding of business interests.
- You are confident and resilient, enabling you to handle stress well and act assertively.
- Good command of the English language is a plus.
- Flexible regarding work location, primarily in the Limburg region.
