Safety at TOZ: Always evolving
Within TOZ, the theme of safety plays a central role. Safety revolves around awareness, preparation, and continuous improvement. Our safety approach brings together various components that all contribute to a safe working environment. Safety within TOZ consists of a broad range of topics and activities. These include: • Emergency Response (BHV) Basic First Aid and refresher training • Small fire extinguishers and their safe use • Safe use of internal transport equipment • Breathing apparatus and working safely with breathing apparatus • Customization and much more! Together, these components form the basis of our safety program. They ensure that employees not only know what to do in emergency situations but also understand how to recognize and prevent risks. Safety is never static. New insights, changing laws and regulations, and technological innovations require continuous adjustments. TOZ views these changes not as a burden, but rather as an opportunity to improve. New guidelines and protocols are immediately incorporated into the training courses by TOZ. This ensures we remain up-to-date and always offer trainees the most recent knowledge. Examples of this: • Changes to the resuscitation protocol are immediately incorporated into the course material and practical exercises. • By applying active teaching methods, our lessons largely consist of practical exercises supported by theory. This ensures that our training not only meets standards but also aligns with today's reality. TOZ believes that safety only works when done together. By continuing to invest in knowledge, skills, and modern resources, we ensure that every trainee and employee can act with confidence in critical situations. Safety is not an endpoint, but a process of continuous learning and improvement. At TOZ, we take steps every day to make that process stronger and more future-oriented.
