This is what you will be doing:
- Communicate and maintain contact with clients and project teams;
- Coordinate project teams in collaboration with the administrative office;
- Monitor and adjust project progress regarding quantitative, qualitative, and financial aspects;
- Understand and fulfill client needs and adhere to agreements;
- Report, draft, and verify deviations (in the financial area);
- Attend and chair various meetings;
- Monitor and control project plans;
- Coordinate and organize the deployment of personnel across various projects;
- Achieve the project schedule;
- Validate and verify quality assurance upon project delivery, in accordance with client requirements and standards.
- Guide, motivate, inspire, and lead Site Managers, Project Coordinators, and construction site staff;
- Oversee and guide the planning;
- Assess the functioning and performance of Site Managers, Project Coordinators, and construction site staff.
- Monitoring compliance with objectives regarding safe and healthy working practices and environmental aspects, in accordance with the policy and SHE plan;
- Ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with applicable guidelines, standards, and requirements of relevant certifications;
- Identifying and reporting environmental and accident incidents at project locations;
- Conducting periodic project inspections.

In this role, you'll provide technical and administrative support to the Project Manager and Site Manager before, during, and after the construction team phase and implementation phase of a project.
