Van Walraven was founded in 1968 and started with selling pipe clips. From there more and more products were added and the company kept expanding in the Netherlands, nowadays we supply almost everything that has to do with water from supply to drainage, valves, sanitary, HVAC, PPE, tools and offer services like pre-fabrication and rental. Recently we have also added products for electrical engineering. Our products are used for civil, commercial, industrial, infrastructural, marine & offshore and residential applications.

The customer service representative at the counter ensures that customers are assisted in a professional and courteous manner, leaving with a positive experience. You are responsible for the store's appearance and ambiance. You are the face of the company and the first point of contact for visitors at the counter. You also process customer orders in the system and ensure that orders are prepared for shipment. The warehouse is clean and tidy, incoming products are stored in the right place, and you prepare packages for shipment.

Together with a team of six people, you will ensure the further growth and development of our branch. You will work closely with the head office in Mijdrecht and the other 15 branches in the Netherlands. Together with the branch manager, you will provide guidance to the branch.
