3M™ Insulating Plug Voltage Sensor

3M™ Insulating Plug Voltage Sensor and 3M™ Current Sensors; 3M Sensored Cable Accessories combine industry-standard medium voltage cable accessories with high-accuracy voltage and current sensors. The 3M™ Insulating Plug Voltage Sensor (3M IPVS) can interface with various monitoring and control devices. Additionally, the existing equipment can be retrofitted using 3M industry-standard retrofit components within the required cable accessory. These solutions enable grid operators to upgrade medium voltage connections into monitoring points to align with the low power instrument transformer (LPIT) IEC 61869-10 and IEC 61869-11, and the intelligent electronic device (IED) or protection relays inputs that are compliant with LPIT standards.

3M™ Cold Shrink Branch Kit QS200 Series for Medium Voltage Applications. The silicone cold shrink tubing provides a simple and reliable connection for medium-voltage cables. The 3M™ Cold Shrink Branch Kit QS200 Series accessories are designed for use with the unique cold shrink system. The products are supplied pre-expanded on a removable core for efficient and easy application. An electric field regulator and Faraday cage pre-assembled into the tubing ensure easy installation. Thanks to the specific properties of the silicone tubing, you can use it to connect cables of various diameters. The 3M™ Branch Kits for Medium Voltage Applications are available with and without mechanical connectors. The 3M™ Cold Shrink Accessories for Medium Voltage Applications are designed for a simple and reliable connection of medium-voltage cables.

3M™ Plug Terminations. Switches and junction boxes are becoming increasingly compact, requiring terminations to be placed closer together. These touch-safe plug terminations provide a watertight connection to a cone connection according to DIN 50180 and DIN 50181. The plug terminations are designed for voltage classes up to and including 19/33 kV (Um = 36 kV). These slide-on plug terminations are made of high-quality EPDM rubber with integrated field control components. These products have a wide range of applications and are supplied with screw terminals and shear bolts.

Installation cable ALUKAFLEX Dca Alu

This halogen-free cable is primarily used in low-voltage installations for above-ground installations. It is also suitable for underground installation in specially designed conduits, ducts, or channels. The halogen-free outer sheath is UV-resistant. This cable can also be used in areas subject to strict fire safety requirements, such as data centers, hospitals, and other public buildings. Its flexibility makes it ideal for winding routes. Besides its flexibility, this cable also offers a weight saving of up to 48% compared to traditional Class 1 and 2 copper installation cables.

Cable lug Bimetal

These cable lugs have been selected and tested for cable types with aluminum conductors according to DIN 48201 and aluminum wire according to DIN EN 50182, such as VG-YMvKas svs Alu Dca-s2. Bimetallic cable lugs provide a correct contact surface between the conductor and the shaft on the conductor side. The material is 99.5 Al. The finish is bare, filled with contact grease, and sealed with a cap. The copper flag at the end of the lug guarantees a seamless transition to the copper contact rail. The tube dimensions comply with DIN 46329, with markings for correct crimp. When using bimetallic cable lugs, it is important to use the correct tools.
